"Y'all" is properly used only when addressing two or more people." -Paul Brians

no, i meant it's you'uns like..."are all y'all you'uns gonna git ta supper?"it's true, i've read it in books.
OH, that must be ash speaking...It's scary the crap people make up.
i keep catching myself saying y'all now that we live in the "south". though technically, we are in the northern edge of the south, but still. by the time we move again, i'll sound like a right proper hick.and actually wb, it's "you'uns".
Well, in Texas it's "All y'all", Like: "All y'all, come in for supper."
k, here is the deal: y'all is used in the south and texas (which is sw). it sounds a hell of a lot better than "you guys". you'uns is used only in arkansas, where the true hicks live.
