Handrail, Bring 'Uber 02' to STL for this...

damn, that would be fun. my parents are coming to c-ville that week though, so i can't make the drive, then do the drive, then drive back in enough time.crappers! i'll just make up for it by going to the bimmer drives here. do you think they would let an 02 in? i mean, the new binis are beh-em-veys now but not the REAL ones, like yourslove it that your mini is featured in all the pics. ahahah, loosers with their $30k minis! $5000 gets you an original, vintage car. wankers!

heh, *try* to keep up? keep in mind my car was built for racing, the guy actually raced it. well, maybe with the cooper S's i might not be able to keep up.check yer moms-ritz mail, i had a question about that adobe smart suite.

I meant in terms of handling, definately not speed.I'll email you later about the adobe thing.

you'll have to ride in the 02 to make your own decision about handling. true the wheelbase is nowhere near as short as the mini's, but i have bilstein sport shocks, the eibach springs, larger sway bars, torsion bars and support bars across both the front and back shock towers with the battery relocated to the trunk...i absolutely *love* the way it handles, no lean at all in sharp turns. it certainly doesn't handle like the mini, but close for a car with an actual trunk. takes bumps with the same spine jarring motion that the mini does, due to the stiff sport shocks and shorter springs. glad the guy i bought it from did all the work, saves me the time and $$. w00t! and why won't yer blog support img src codes? redpeanut does. here's a link to what the hell i am blathering about.

Last time someone brought an MGB. I doubt they would mind a decent 02... Besides, it has more class than a cookie cutter BINI. If your 'rents cancel... you can come try to keep up with the Minis!
